Position Responsibilities Monitors, troubleshoots, & supports Windows, Mac, Linux servers, Dell Compellent SAN, VMware, MS Exchange, and SharePoint Server Analyzes, installs, acquires, modifies and supports operating systems, database or utilities software De-bug & resolve a variety of Windows & Linux server hardware & software problems. Debug hardware & software systems Troubleshoots and resolves network & server connectivity problems Sets up and installs new server hardware & software according to existing standards & procedures Provides technical & applications support to help desk staff. Provides systems administration & support for engineering systems (e.g., SolidWorks - EPDM, MSC Nastran & CATIA) Plans, conducts and directs the analysis of business problems with automated systems solutions Analyzes, designs, acquires and implements projects for LAN and/or WAN systems.
