Title:  HR US Payroll

Location:  Travel Monday to Thursday travel to Wisconsin. No remote or hybrid

Travel is paid by the project

Duration: 6 months

Job Description:

Technical/Functional Skills:-
 Must be well versed with in full gross to net US payroll calculation and configuration including as well as schemas and rules, Finance integration, BSI Tax Factory and Off-Cycle. Also understand underlying legal requirements.
 Should able to Evaluating customers' business needs, contributing to the overall strategic planning of SAP PY systems
 Ability to interact with management and technical specialist and provide timely/quality advice
 Should be good in understanding the business requirements and should have ability to prepare Functional Design Documents for development of various FRICEW objects (Forms, Reports, Interface, Conversion, Enhancement and Workflows).
 Should be able to lead the team
 To work effectively within a team environment
 Good Knowledge of ASAP Methodology

Experience Required:-
 Should have exposure to other modules of SAP HCM like Benefits, Personnel Administration, Organizational Management and integration of HCM modules.
 Exposure to benefit integration with 3rd party system
 Should have actively worked on a minimum of 1 Full life cycle implementation or support project.

Roles & Responsibilities:-
 Assist and guide client in all phases of project life cycle.
 Handle all phases like Design, document, and implement unit, integration, and parallel test plans.
 Associate should able to lead team and should be able to work with other SAP HCM consultants as a team.Adapts best methods and procedures to create possible alternative solutions to complex problems.
 The consultant will be responsible for supporting the existing HR landscape and assisting clients in configuration, development, testing, rollout and post-roll out support of SAP HCM US Payroll solutions.
 As the majority of our work is performed at different sites with significant travel required, consultant must be ready to travel.

Generic Managerial Skills:-
 Consultant will work closely with the client core team to ensure exemplary results. Must possess and demonstrate a high level of professionalism and customer service skills.
 Excellent oral and written communication and the ability to multi-task.
Maintain customer satisfaction by handling all inquiries and deliver a high level of responsiveness and customer service
