| Hi Greetings from Canopy One Solutions, Please go through below requirement if you are comfortable, please share your updated resume to my email id: [email protected] Position: Automation QA Engineer (Python API Scripting) Location : Philadelphia, PA (Day 1 Onsite) Experience:10+ Note: Passport Number and Linkedin ID are Mandatory Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Automation QA Engineer with expertise in Python API scripting, Rest API testing, E-Commerce and Billing platform testing knowledge, and Ordering and Provisioning domain knowledge. As a QA Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products through rigorous testing and automation. Responsibilities: Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for API testing using Python scripting. Conduct testing of Rest APIs to ensure their functionality, performance, and security. Collaborate with developers and product managers to understand requirements and design appropriate test strategies. Create and maintain test data, test environments, and test automation frameworks. Identify and report software defects, and work closely with the development team to track issues to resolution. Participate in the continuous improvement of testing processes, tools, and methodologies. Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and best practices in API testing and quality assurance. Apply E-Commerce and Billing platform testing knowledge to ensure that the software meets the specific requirements of such systems. Utilize Ordering and Provisioning domain knowledge to validate the functionality and accuracy of order processing and provisioning systems. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience in Python API scripting and Rest API testing. Strong knowledge on Kibana / Splunk required. Strong knowledge of software testing principles, methodologies, and techniques. Familiarity with E-Commerce and Billing platform testing concepts and practices. Understanding of Ordering and Provisioning domain, including order processing and provisioning systems. Proficiency in test case design, test execution, and defect tracking. Experience with test automation frameworks and tools. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and collaboration abilities. Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality software. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with tools such as Postman, SoapUI, or similar API testing tools. Knowledge of E-Commerce platforms, such as Shopify or Magento. Familiarity with billing systems and subscription management platforms. Experience with Agile development methodologies.
