Strong JIRA Skills, Status reporting, use of Dashboards. Bonus:Ability to create Dashboards and use JIRA structure Design and build quarterly and annual project portfolio roadmaps Assist in running periodic evaluation and analysis of portfolio needs related to organization, project management methodology, prioritization, and any other needs for the portfolio to run smoothly Maintain metrics for the PMO Lead, and identify action items to bring red and yellow projects back to green. Monitor our intake of new project requests, and ensure that JIRA is being updated with proper information related to scope, sizing, and decision making related to the type of project. Drive the quarterly/annual planning process, Assist with quarterly process of setting and grading OKRs(objectivesand key results) Development and rollout of templates and training.
