Role: Network Systems Analyst Location: Schenectady, New York Duration: 30 Months Client: NY State Client Job ID#: HBITS-05-13176 Description This position requires incumbent to work with OMH and ITS to analyze OMH capital needs, assesses impacts, provide guidance, collect documentation, submit requests and monitor capital work through its lifecycle. Duties Work closely with the portfolio team, ITS networking team, Engg team, security team, and other stakeholders to provide guidance for OMH's Capital projects. Work as a liaison to stakeholders and Subject Matter Experts to elicit, analyze, communicate, validate and verify requirements for OMH's capital needs. Assess impacts, provide guidance, document requirements and partner with vendors to support solutions such as Building Management systems, Temperature monitoring systems, medication dispensing systems and other solutions that require network connectivity. Create and maintain system documenation artifacts for communication requirements including Context Diagrams, High Level and Detailed Architecture Diagrams, High Level Process Flow, Use Cases, Current and To Be Process Models, Business Requirements Document, and Non-Functional Requirements. Mandatory Requirements Experience (9+ Years) Requirements This is an 100% Onsite In Person Interview. 84 Months Experience eliciting requirements needed to design systems which require network connectivity and partnership with vendors to support solutions such as building management systems, medication distribution systems, temperature monitoring systems, and other solutions that require network connectivity 84 Months Experience working as a liaison between Requesting Entity (i.e. Government Agency or Private Company) and Vendors to elicit requirements for infrastructure projects 24 Months Experience eliciting requirements for facility moves, facility construction, and their impact on IT infrastructure and applications 24 Months Experience eliciting requirements for VOIP projects 24 Months Experience eliciting requirements for Wireless implementation projects 24 Months Experience in creating and maintaining system documentation artifacts for communication of requirements, including Context Diagrams, High Level Entity Relationship Diagrams, High Level and Detailed Architecture Diagrams, High Level Process Flow, Use Cases, Current and To Be Process Models, Business Requirements Document, Logical Data Model, Non-Functional Requirements, and Test Plans. 24 Months Experience facilitating requirement sessions, to ensure requirements are understood, conveyed and met. 24 Months Experience gathering requirements for efforts with direct stakeholder involvement at state government director level and above. 24 Months Experience in gathering requirements for requests for capital and infrastructure project improvements involving one or more state agencies.
