Job title: Business Analyst Location: Austin, TX (100% Remote but based on job requirements, candidate may need to report to a work location periodically) Duration: 6-10+ Months Need local profiles from Texas. Must have Azure Devops exp RESPONSIBILITIES Facilitate requirements gathering through meetings with stakeholders, review of disparate documentation and understanding of technical architecture Create specific business process documentation using established standards. Analyzes data to discover pain points and opportunity for quality-of-service improvements Maintain and organize documentation including but not limited to meeting notes, action items, various slide decks, artifacts, user stories, etc. Track task management on Microsoft Planner overseeing assignments to development and functional resources within project team, other agency departments and a 3rd-party vendor Assist with tracking key decisions and providing leadership with read-outs including visualizations Coordinate, plan, and host working group sessions Identify project scope and plan a detailed timeline including documenting user stories in alignment with existing development cycles Helps the project team drive to solutions by leading and/or assisting with analysis and solution-oriented thinking Work with engineers & peers to communicate status, escalate roadblocks and work with support teams to perform as needed troubleshooting REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS 3-5 years of experience in business analysis and/or functional lead roles in software development Exceptional organizational skills High capacity in both verbal and written communication Significant experience with Microsoft products including Office Suite, SharePoint, Teams, Visio, and Azure DevOps Familiarity with Software Development Lifecycle and technical architecture especially as pertaining to integrations between systems cloud-based solutions Comfortable in a supporting role and able to work pro-actively on an individual basis as needed DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS Experience writing User Stories based on gathered requirements Experience with business process diagramming in Visio (or similar software) Knowledge of technical processes/terminology including but not limited to: APIs, JSON, Agile Development best practices, etc. Public Sector (State and Local Government) consulting experience is preferred Minimum Education Required: Undergraduate degree in IT desired or comparable experience Hands-on technical training in IT and Management disciplines Zaid Khan Talent Acquisition | Panzer Solutions LLC 50 Washington Street, 9th Floor, SONO Corporate Center, Norwalk CT 06854 Contact: 203-446-4514 * 159 , Email ID:[email protected] Testimonials: http://www.panzersolutions.com/testimonials Available Jobs: http://www.panzersolutions.com/job-opportunities |
