Title : Pega Business Analyst Certified Location : 100% Remote Duration : 6 months Visa : USC/GC Holder Only Job Description Pega Business Analyst Certified Looking for more of a business analyst and not a developer. Pega LBA (Lead Business Analyst) Must be certified - no visa transfer - must share - work auth, id proof, passport # and resume. * Collect business and technical requirements by leading requirement gathering sessions with extended cross functional teams. * Craft user stories, get group consensus and enter into Jira. * Contribute to the creation of use cases, test cases, traceability matrix, and summary-level business requirement documentation. * Serve as the liaison between the business and the GTS organization in order to supply technical solutions to meet business needs. And you're a great communicator, able to interpret data in a meaningful way, translate complex technical specifications into concrete requirements, and inspire and equip everyone around you to make sound decisions and do their best work. You'll need to have: * Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience. * Six or more years of relevant work experience. * Experience working as a development/business analyst eliciting requirements from the business stakeholders. * Two or more years experience working in Jira and Confluence. * Experience with Agile and Scrum methodology. * PowerPoint experience. * Willingness to travel.
