Our customer is part of a large organization. Our customer is seeking an experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in ServiceNow integration, solution development and a deep understanding of ServiceNow's architecture. You will actively participate in agile daily scrums, collaborate across platform teams, and support customer requirement workshops to configure solutions using Flow Designer. Additionally, you will focus on enhancing the maturity of ITSM, ITOM, and ITBM modules while creating and maintaining system design and operations documentation. Strong technical skills in web technologies, JavaScript, ServiceNow architecture, and application customization are essential for this role. Key Responsibilities: Actively participate in agile daily scrums and ceremonies, updating stories daily in ServiceNow and documenting development progress. Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to configure requested items and tasks using Flow Designer to meet business requirements. Focus on advancing the maturity of ITSM, ITOM, and ITBM modules and implementing advanced features. Create and maintain system design and operations documentation. Develop with JavaScript on the ServiceNow platform, utilizing web technologies such as JavaScript, XML, HTML, AngularJS, Restful API, and PowerShell. Possess a strong understanding of all technical aspects of the ServiceNow implementation, including architecture, UI, workflow design, reporting, and integration components (SSO, LDAP, etc.). Experience with ServiceNow custom application/portal and Information Architecture, particularly ServiceNow Common Services Data structures, is a plus. Create and implement client scripts, business rules, UI Policies, ACLs, and other configurations to meet business requirements. Provide input to the project's technical documentation, including Architecture Document, Implementation/Deployment plan, Security profile document, etc. What You'll Need: 6+ years of experience supporting the implementation, administration, configuration, and/or development of Service Management tools. 4+ years of experience in ServiceNow development, including scripting, tool configuration, design work, technical configuration, and deployment. Proficiency in JavaScript and at least one of the following programming languages: PHP, C, Java, HTML, or HTML 5. Experience building complex flows using ServiceNow Flow Designer. Experience in building custom applications leveraging out-of-the-box features. Self-motivated with a proven track record in advanced ITSM development. Strong organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable solution designs. Knowledge of web-based systems architecture and enterprise application architecture. Strong presentation and communication skills. Ability to mentor and provide subject matter expertise in the ServiceNow platform. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced agile environment and prioritize tasks. Willingness and ability to learn and adapt to new technologies. Preferred: ITIL Foundations Certification. ServiceNow System Administrator (CSA) Certification and/or ServiceNow Application Developer (CAD) Certification. ServiceNow Implementation Specialist Certifications.
