| Hello, We have a 100% remote opening with Caterpillar in our IL office. We are looking for a Technical Writer who has experience with DOORs. Rate is determined by experience. Sr Requirements Engineer 12 months + Contract This role is reporting to the Operations and Sustainment Manager in CAT Digital. The Enterprise Data Governance Office (DGO) thats responsible for the entire operations team of Cat Digital Data Governance division, with a focus on enabling and sustaining all data governance and management duties and responsibilities including applying thought leadership with hands-on proven operations track record of strong team leadership and management. This role is taking requirements from Caterpillar's identified critical data domains, deposing that into executable items that can be passed to application teams. In process of updating all IT controls to be aligned with the risk framework for Data Governance and need to update the data domains. Technical Writing: translate it to business language, write job aids to assist people in following the steps in the process Top Skills' Details 1.) 10+ years of experience in requirements management, common industries (Healthcare, Nuclear, Military) 2.) 5 years of experience in technical writing, not domain specific but from a traceability perspective 3.) 5 years of experience using DOORs - Knowledge or/and hands experience with PMO (Waterfall or Agile methodology) essential. - Possess strong proficiency for articulating data concepts across and between both business-focused and our technology-based partners and colleagues Please let me know if your skills align and you are interested in this role.
