We are looking for H1 B candidates from Third-party Vendors Technical/Functional Skills Experience with Prod support Experience in Dynamics 365 Finance or CRM function. Configuring, developing, and supporting Dynamics 365 CRM in line with best practices. Creating, modifying, and troubleshooting existing applications. Roles & Responsibilities Dynamics 365 Prod Support Monitoring applications and infrastructure alerts and reacting quickly. Recommending and implementing solutions to mitigate repeat production issues. Taking ownership and responding to open support issues quickly. Closing open support issues by adhering to the production support service level agreements. Identifying and implementing automation opportunities to ensure success. Work independently with very minimum supervision. Work with clients and deliver quickly.
