Please find the detail job description below Job Title: SAP GTS Job Location: Remote (Travel Required) Job Duration: Long Term Contract Job Summary: Minimum 5-8 years of hands-on SAP configuration experience in SAP GTS (Compliance, Customs, Trade Preference modules) Must have good understanding of SAP ECC/S4 HANA processes. Must have interest in international trade and commerce Assist users with problems and provide resolution to issues independently. Provide Root Cause Analysis, recommended resolution and communicate fluently and effectively with all levels of business users, technical teams, and management across the organization. Experience in working in IT production support system. (1.) Co-ordination with On-Site Engineers and attending customer calls. (2.) Raising risks, issues and escalation to senior management and customer. (3.) To create all quality documents, collect metrics data and conducting Audits. To perform Value creation and KM activities. (4.) To create project plans and keep track of schedule for on time delivery as per the defined quality standards. (5.) To ensure process improvement and compliance and participate in technical design discussion and to review technical documents.
