The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Employee Central Payroll and HCM modules. This role requires excellent project management skills, a deep understanding of payroll processes, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Responsibilities: Project Planning and Execution: -Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and milestones for a successful SAP Employee Central Payroll implementation. -Coordinate and lead project teams, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets. -Manage project risks and proactively address issues to ensure project success. SAP Employee Central Payroll Expertise: -Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of SAP HCM and Employee Central Payroll modules. -Provide guidance on best practices and solutions related to payroll processes and configurations. -Collaborate with functional and technical teams to design and implement payroll solutions that meet business requirements.
