Candidate must be Retail industry sector 5 years Retail Experience Job Title : Senior Salesforce Administrator Visa: USC, GC only MOI: Skype Location: Remote ( EST,CST only ) Candidate must be Retail industry sector Job details : KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Designing Innovative Solutions: Provide oversight and guidance on active projects, ensuring alignment with original design and overall quality of deliverables. Investigate operational requirements and propose effective business solutions through technology solutions or process improvements. Capture technical and business requirements, analyze inputs, and develop Salesforce solution recommendations. Manage the Salesforce backlog, prioritize requests, write user stories, and collaborate with the business to determine priorities. Create, manage, and present Salesforce solutions addressing business challenges. Proactively recommend Salesforce features, innovative technology, and App Exchange packages to meet business requirements. Identify opportunities for improving existing functionality. Implementing Solutions: Operate in an agile delivery model, refining, estimating, prioritizing, and delivering requirements. Build, maintain, and support Salesforce integrations with multiple systems. Deploy changes to production using DevOps best practices. Maintain Salesforce Org and sandboxes, performing regular refreshes. Utilize Process Builders, Flows, and other automation tools. Implement and enhance Service Cloud and Experience Cloud features. Maintain and configure consumer-facing and internal Experience Cloud pages. Monitor and troubleshoot support cases with Salesforce and a managed service provider, ensuring SFSC platform availability and providing support to resolve application issues. QUALIFICATIONS (SKILLS & ABILITIES): Demonstrated deep knowledge of Salesforce core platform (Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Sales Cloud). Understanding of APIs and experience integrating with Salesforce. Experience with deployment best practices and familiarity with source-driven development. Minimum 3 years of IT experience, preferably with Salesforce Service Cloud. Ability to thrive in a dynamic global environment and meet deadlines. Proactive and able to work with minimal supervision. Strong verbal and written communication skills, translating complex technical concepts into business terms. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Bachelors Degree in Information System Management, Computer Science, or a relevant business area preferred; relevant professional experience considered. Salesforce Administrator Certification. Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant Certification and/or Experience Cloud Consultant Certification preferred. -- Keywords: information technology green card |
