My name is Saikiran we have a job opportunity for ServiceNow architect based Remote please find the job description below, if you are available and interested, please send us your word copy of resume with following details to [email protected] Role: ServiceNow architect Location: Remote Duration: 12+ months Start Date: ASAP Job description: Oversee, coordinate and lead the planning, design and implementation of a central CMDB for DIT Services Develop the logical and physical data models for the CMDB Identify, verify, and architect the federation of data that will comprise the CMDB including external sources Contribute, coach, and support the ITSE and IT Service Management teams on CMDB configuration, maintenance, and operation Develop a range of documentation that describes the data model, the federation of data from external sources, the management and maintenance of the CMDB and the relevant roles and responsibilities of program personnel Prepare and deliver project status briefings, employee awareness presentations and training materials for personnel with direct CMDB responsibilities as well as DIT stakeholders Execute, integrate, and maintain the Configuration Management plans and processes for conducting program-specific Configuration Management training activities and initial physical configuration audits. Strong communication and collaboration skills Perform other related duties as assigned CMDB Manager Requirements and Qualifications Understanding of the IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) IT Service Management lifecycle Able to work both independently as well as collaboratively with minimal supervision Ability to manage and prioritize multiple assignments Position requires interpersonal skills project management, business and systems analysis, process management and re-engineering Ability to script in Java and Python Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong Understanding of ServiceNow ITSM platform and Discovery Strong knowledge of IT Asset and CMDB processes and procedures Experience with Service and Application Modelling Experienced with Visio and process mapping methodologies Experienced with the Agile software development lifecycle License(s) & Certifications ServiceNow certifications are highly desired Bachelors degree or higher in Computer Science/ Information Technology or related and relevant experience ITIL V3 Foundations Certification or higher Understanding of the IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) IT Service Management Ability to script in Java and Python Experience with Service and Application Modelling Strong Understanding of ServiceNow ITSM platform and Discovery Strong knowledge of IT Asset and CMDB processes and procedures Experienced with Visio and process mapping methodologies Experienced with the Agile software development lifecycle SAMPRO and HAMPRO activation Please fill the following questionnaire so that I can use the information while presenting your profile to the client .
