Due to the high level and specific requirements, we will not be screening any candidates who do not meet the following criteria: Bachelors or Masters degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field. Equivalent work experience, including qualified experience in executive leadership or senior organizational development roles, may be substituted for the educational requirements at a rate of one year of experience for one year of education. Ten (10) years of Information Technology (IT) and business/industry work experience, with at least five years of leadership experience managing enterprise-data governance, multiple large cross-functional teams and projects, and influencing senior-level management and key stakeholders. Five (5) years experience in strategic planning, development, implementation, and maintenance of large- scale integrated relational database systems. Five years of experience optimizing data integration, governance, interoperability, and visualization. Five (5) years experience in operational research methods and practices, with particular attention to advanced statistical methods applied to organizational analysis.
