Position: Power Platform/D-365 Developer Location: Alpharetta, GA (hybrid 3 days onsite) Role: Process Optimization is a team within the Innovation Division focused on improving the efficiency and effectiveness of key firm processes by bringing together process reengineering, automation, and other capabilities to support making the firm a more digital and streamlined organization. Job Responsibilities Design and develop Microsoft Power Platform solutions, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and D365 Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into functional solutions. Own deliverables across the automation journey to ensure the automation use cases and scenarios are properly documented & analyzed Work with multiple stakeholders for prioritization and tracking of requirements Develop, test, and deploy custom Power Apps to meet business needs. Create and maintain Power Automate workflows to automate business processes. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Power Platform solutions. Participate in project planning and provide technical guidance to team members. Own product roadmaps, create & manage project plans, call out risks & issues proactively, report progress against the plan & track associated project benefits Ability to wear multiple hats including but not limited to Business Analyst, UI Path Developer, Project Manager, Tester & Business User Monitor and measure the effectiveness of the digital solutions and create reports on impact of the automation. Required Skills Minimum 3-8 years of experience with software development and Microsoft Power Platform development. Knowledge/Certification for MS Azure Knowledge of Java/Spring Boot In-depth knowledge of Power infrastructure, Framework and Life Cycle. Proficiency in Power Apps, Power Automate, and D365 Strong understanding of Power Platform architecture and development best practices. Basic understanding of entity extraction from the OCR documents Understanding of data structures and coding best practices, e.g. naming conventions, error handling, logging, and commenting. Excellent written, verbal communication and organizational capabilities Ability to take ownership & effectively manage multiple assignments and priorities Ability to communicate effectively and confidently across all levels Ability to handle pressure, effectively prioritize and handle multiple tasks with high level of accuracy Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Desired Skills: o Microsoft Power Platform certifications o Experience with RPA platforms such as: UIPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism o Experience in Document Understanding / AI Center / AI Builder based projects o Demonstrated experience in delivering Machine Learning & Artificial Intelligence use cases for Banking/ Finance industry o Working knowledge of industry recognized automation toolkits like UIPath, Xceptor, Alteryx, Tableau o Working knowledge of Data Analytics & ability to use data analytic tools for decision making o General knowledge of process improvement frameworks (Lean, Value Stream Mapping) and or exposure to process management and automation tooling (Celonis, UiPath) Thanks, and Regards Himanshu Sharma | Talent Acquisition Specialist Amaze Systems Inc.
