Key responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: Provides day to day level 3 & 4 support for EIT application related to pallet tag printing, machine performance KPIs, Production Declaration and Confirmation activities Work with Manufacturing Excellence/TPM and Asset Reliability team to prioritize and align to the Manufacturing Transformation and AI improvement journey Utilizing EIT, PLC and SAP data, identify opportunities to drive performance improvements and automation opportunities Translate the needs of the business into clear functional specifications from which a solution can be developed using the manufacturing framework and AI/OEE strategic objectives Ensure the internal or external development team delivers the correct solution as per functional specification. Produce and execute test scripts to ensure development is fit for Production using Client standard approach Coordinate release of the Change and agree delivery dates to production. Manages risk mitigation and support of installation of software, patches and EIT upgrades Qualifications 5+ Years experience with Manufacturing and Maintenance Process Improvements 5+ Years with EIT or other performance management tools, or equivalent tools or systems. Experience with server access and ability to troubleshoot failures Understands functional areas and integration points across Product Supply Candidate must have strength in data analysis, troubleshooting and a curious mindset Excellent interpersonal skills including listening skills, verbal and written communication skills.
