I have following requirement, please reply me back with profile along with rate expectation Pega Business Analyst Must be Certified 100% Remote Healthcare Industry No H1B Visa Responsibilities: - Responsible for translating the high-level vision into functional specifications for the development and testing teams. - A key player in agile process management, daily grooming sessions, analyzing, scoping and accepting user stories and UAT. - Collect business and technical requirements by leading requirement gathering sessions with teams. - Craft user stories, get group consensus and enter into agile project management software system. - Contribute to the creation of use cases, test cases, and summary-level business requirement documentation. - Serve as the liaison between the business and IT in order to supply technical solutions to meet business needs. You'll need to have: - Bachelor's degree or 4 years equivalent experience. - 5 or more years of experience in a business analysis function, working with different technologies - Demonstrated experience in requirements gathering and analysis, refinement, and translating business requirements into clear user stories - Experience with process design and implementation using the Pega BPM platform - Experience with working across large-scale initiatives - Experience in performing and supporting testing as part of various phases/cycles - Strong communication skills and ability to drive dialog with business stakeholders - Strong data analysis skills and ability to present findings to Business - Strong experience with Agile and Scrum methodology. Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Information Technology or another related field or Equivalent Experience: Minimum 7+ years of experience Thanks & Regards!
