Role: Marketing Cloud Product Manager Work Location: Minnesota, MN (Hybrid) 12+ years Experience Mandatory. Duration: Long Term We are seeking an experienced Marketing Cloud Product Manager to join us on a contract basis. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the development and management of marketing cloud solutions and marketing automation journeys and campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in product management, a deep understanding of marketing technologies, and the ability to deliver quality results. Your responsibilities include: Partners cross functionally with Marketing, Sales, IT, and 3rd party partner(s). Develops and owns project plans, timelines, budget, roles/responsibilities, communication plan, and other project management processes and documents. Manages product demand, prioritization and manages product governance. Manages plan, implementation and delivery of projects and product releases. Determines and manages tasks, issues, risks, and action items. Monitoring progress and performance, helping development team to make improvements. Ensuring the proper use of collaborative processes and removing impediments for the team. Manages and coordinates all IT workstreams and activities associated with the program (Business analysis, Systems analysis, UX/UI, development, integration, testing, analytics etc.). Provides updates to management and stakeholders of progress through frequent communication that aligns with program communication plan and ongoing needs. Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess product performance and success. What we're looking for: Required Qualifications Experience with SFDC Marketing Cloud and other Marketing technology stack Experience working in large and complex enterprise project environments. Proven experience as a Product Manager with a focus on marketing cloud solutions Strong customer service orientation Excellent interpersonal skills, with an ability to understand and communicate technical information to an audience of varying skill levels. Strong project management skills and attention to detail. Able to work on a team, in person, and in a collaborative virtual setting. Experience working in agile development environment using scrum framework and related tools and processes.
