Test Management and Reporting: Ability to design and implement test management processes within ServiceNow, including test execution, result tracking, and reporting. Experience with generating and analyzing test metrics to improve testing efficiency and effectiveness. ServiceNow Integration: Knowledge of integrating ATF with other ServiceNow modules and third-party tools for comprehensive testing coverage. Collaboration and Communication: Strong collaboration skills to work with development teams, business analysts, and other stakeholders to gather testing requirements and ensure alignment with business goals. Effective communication of testing strategies, results, and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.
