Type of Engagement : Contract only- long term Mode of interview: Teams Video Introduction to the Hiring Process: As a candidate for the Transition Manager role, you will undergo a comprehensive interview process. The initial stage involves a panel interview with key stakeholders, including Tower Lead over S2P, PMO, and President of GBS. This interview aims to assess your suitability for managing three significant transitions within our organization. Scope of Work: As a Transition Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing three critical transitions, with the primary focus on the first transition involving the integration of an acquisition in Europe into ADM's Global Business Services (GBS) organization. This transition spans across the R2R, S2P, and P2C business processes, requiring coordination with the French facility. The role demands an early riser due to a heavy EMEA footprint. Key Responsibilities: Manage the transition from an acquisition in Europe into ADM's GBS organization. Lead two additional transitions, including a reverse transition from Genpact into ADM and a larger transition within the record-to-report business process. Develop and execute project plans, demonstrating strong leadership and the ability to handle ambiguity. Collaborate with various stakeholders and leverage domain experts to ensure successful transitions. Effectively communicate and coordinate with international teams and facilities. Navigate complex labor laws in Europe, particularly in France, regarding contractual perspectives. Potential bonus for fluency in French (though not required). Oversee and manage projects from January to November. Qualifications: 8 to 10 years of Program/Project Management experience. Experience in Finance & Accounting business processes. Previous involvement in global outsourcing/shared services transitions. Proven success in managing business process projects. Experience in mergers and acquisitions and business process outsourcing. Strong communication and presentation skills. Familiarity with Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid methodologies. PMP Certification, Lean Certification, Six Sigma Certification (a plus). Skills & Experience: Demonstrated experience in project management governance and business process improvement. Strong organizational change management mindset. Proficient in project management tools (enterprise PPM tools, MS Teams, etc.). Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks. Excellent PC skills, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Responsibilities: Drive and execute all phases of enterprise-wide and complex projects. Manage process mapping, enhancements, and change requests from requirement gathering to production. Collaborate with stakeholders to define and document business requirements. Efficiently identify and resolve project/process issues. Design and maintain technical and project documentation. Manage competing demands related to scope, risk, quality, and change management. Identify cross-project dependencies, business impacts, and facilitate coordination.
