Job description: Mandatory Skills Description: - Experience: Minimum of 8 years in network engineering, with a strong focus on internet routing. - Internet Architecture Knowledge: Solid understanding of internet architecture, including internet exchange points (IXPs) and transit networks. - Network Redundancy and Disaster Recovery: Familiarity with network redundancy, failover mechanisms, and disaster recovery practices specific to internet routing. - Network Security: Experience with network security practices in internet routing, including DDoS mitigation, IP filtering, and secure routing protocols - Independence and Communication: Capable of working with minimal guidance on complex tasks and excellent communication skills for effective interaction with leadership, peers, project managers, clients, and stakeholders. - Flexible Working Schedule: Ability to work flexible hours, including after-hours changes and participating in an on-call rotation.
