| From: Shaheen Rukhsar, SUS Infotech [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Hi, Job Title :: Kronos Techno-Functional Analyst Duration :: 12 months possibility of extending and/or converting 100% Remote Looking for retail industry experience Skills o Bringing in workforce dimensions/UKG pro WFM for new version of Kronos Platform is a cloud-based platform, functions very similarly to Kronos o Experience with platform (relatively new, 6-12 months minimum) Ideally a part of the migration and post go-live support; should have prior Kronos experience for that original version that was migrated in their work experience o Inside the platform, K-Configuration & Advanced Scheduling forecasting configuration, preferably around retail (very different for healthcare/don't send healthcare people) Pay configuration, scheduling, forecasting very different in retail Job description What you will do Essential Responsibilities Work with your fellow associates to understand the real-life challenges of customers and discover what they need to move seamlessly between the online and in-person shopping experiences. Basic Qualifications Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Decision Science, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field; or equivalent alternative education, skills, and/or practical experience is required. 0-2 years of relevant work experience Preferred Qualifications Basic knowledge of programming languages/platforms such as C#, .NET, Azure, cloud-based SaaS, and PaaS solutions is preferred. Basic knowledge of relational databases such as MS and SQL server are preferred. Basic Knowledge of API design and integration is preferred.
