Provide expert advice and assistance to business transformation leaders Be the SFDC CPQ champion and leverage best practices to drive user onboarding and adoption SFDC CPQ expert helping to maximize efficiencies of our CPQ platform in support of product, sales, solution architects, pricing, legal and sales order processing users Support SFDC CPQ system administrators in executing changes using defined best practice Work with business analysts to gather requirements from business stakeholders Coordinate scoping calls with CPQ partner Quantify business benefits and create justification supporting project costs Primary owner for process definition and maintenance related to SFDC CPQ use Define policies for system users with guidance from key business stakeholders Collaborate with enterprise architecture on end-to-end process flows, contributing to SFDC CPQ elements, data structures, roles and permissions. Serve as primary interface to SFDC CPQ partner in prioritizing business requirements Drive continuous improvement of the platform with stakeholder inputs and CPQ vendor/partner management to exploit new features for business benefit Supervise SFDC CPQ platform incident, change, problem and release management Collaborate with the Organizational Change Management team to develop and maintain training collateral Maintain knowledge base of best practices and guidance for business users and stakeholders Lead development of materials and training in support of new and change feature releases QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS: Bachelors Degree in computer science, 10+ years of professional IT experience, minimum 5 years experience as a software architect, product manager, systems manager, business analyst or software project management; or equivalent combination of education and experience Salesforce CPQ experience required; Salesforce CPQ Certification preferred Salesforce CRM, Salesforce Sales and Services Cloud, NetSuite preferred Experience with Salesforce CPQ integrations with billings, CRM and ERP systems highly preferred Proven experience with Agile/Scrum and waterfall development methodologies Proven track record for balancing business and technical priorities and skills of persuasion with constituent organizations to ensure this balance is maintained Highly motivated change agent and team player with excellent interpersonal skills Creative problem solver and highly analytical thinker Excellent oral and written communications skills with business and technical audiences Experienced in working with highly distributed global teams Warm Regards, Bhupendra Kushwaha Arkhya Tech Inc. 2023 Arkhya Tech Inc. | 722 Grant Street, Suite G Herndon, VA 20170 USA Web Version Preferences Forward Powered by Mad Mimi A GoDaddy company Keywords: information technology Virginia http://bit.ly/4ey8w48 https://jobs.nvoids.com/job_details.jsp?id=927617&uid= |
