As an integral member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying applications on the AWS cloud platform. Responsibilities: Develop, test, and deploy scalable and secure applications on the AWS cloud using Java and Java EE technologies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and define requirements, and implement solutions that meet business needs. Utilize the Quarkus Framework to build efficient and lightweight microservices. Design and implement RESTful APIs for seamless integration with other systems and services. Ensure code quality, maintainability, and adherence to coding standards through code reviews and automated testing. Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and cost-effectiveness on the AWS platform. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to application development, deployment, and integration. Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to propose innovative solutions and improvements. 7. Experience working with GitHub/GitLab or similar Qualifications: Proven experience as a Java Developer with a strong understanding of Java EE technologies. Hands-on experience with the Quarkus Framework for building microservices. In-depth knowledge of AWS services and the ability to architect, implement, and maintain cloud-based solutions. Proficient in designing and developing RESTful APIs. Solid understanding of software development best practices, including version control, testing, and continuous integration. Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes. Familiarity with serverless computing and event-driven architectures. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Good to have: AWS Certification (e.g., AWS Certified Developer, AWS Certified Solutions Architect). Knowledge of other programming languages and frameworks.
