Broad Richmond, VA 23219 (Hybrid)Locals only Experience:9+ Note: Passport Number and Linkedin ID are Mandatory **Local Richmond, VA candidates required due to onsite requirement **This position requires onsite work several days a week, NO exceptions **Contractor will be responsible for purchasing parking through VDOTs Parking Management Office or procuring their own parking VDOT is seeking an individual who has experience assessing, implementing, monitoring, and reporting on a statewide ITIL compliant Asset Management program. Specific attention and expertise with inventory management for an Enterprise workstation environment to include workstations, mobile devices, printers, software, and other various end user asset tracking. Experience with policy, process, and procedures preferred. The candidate will collaborate with internal stakeholders, ensuring that all processes adhere to governance standards and are optimized for efficiency, compliance, and cost-effectiveness. Conduct comprehensive analysis of existing IT asset management processes within VDOT. Collaborate with cross-functional teams within VDOT to collect process-related data and insights. Identify areas of inefficiency, bottlenecks, and compliance risks. Document VDOT's specific ITAM processes, including workflow diagrams, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and process maps. Provide training and knowledge sharing to VDOT's internal staff on optimized processes and best practices. Extensive experience in IT Asset Management, particularly in workstations, mobile devices, printers, software, and other various end user asset tracking. Strong knowledge of ITAM best practices, ITIL principles, and VITA governance. Question 2 Please list the candidate's email address.
