Tech Lead Quarterback in the team Understand the bus requirements. Break the work structure down. Dev Leads / Architects Needs to be able to understand back and front end. Needs react angular or some single page app framework. Needs to be able to Coach both sides of the ball.. Front End AND Back End Also needs some leadership experience! Were looking for someone who understands that attention to detail in every code object and every line of code is the key to producing robust and maintainable applications. This person will be more excited by doing something well than by trying the newest shiny technology object, though we encourage new approaches when they materially improve existing ones. The ideal candidate will not be afraid to defend their ideas but will also be willing to hear criticism of them. Must be very interested in both adhering to and helping to improve the teams growing library of code patterns, standards, and code generators. Must have strong written communication skills and be willing to speak regularly at standups and development calls. Must be based in a continental U.S. time zone. Groups responsibility/Current Project and Timeline: This is part of an enterprise-wide innovation project with incredible momentum and support from our executives and board of directors. This team will define and implement the standard upon which all USI APIs are built. Work will be initiated from several (6+) scrum teams and various members of the API team will be deployed to work closely with those scrum teams to fulfill their data and API needs. Must Have skills: intermediate to senior level technical skills (5+ years): C# back end / MVC / Entity Framework / MS APIM Platform back end Javascript / jQuery / CSS / Ajax - Front end 5+ years React web application development experience. Typescript!! SQL programming, including stored procedures (any EDRMS is okay) - Back End RESTful API - Back end typically (should have this) Very strong focus on clear and maintainable object-oriented design with proper separation of concerns Automated Unit Tests - Need to know what programs they are testing in I.e., postman, swagger, mocha etc - They need to have exp.
