Note:No H1B, OPT and CPT Experience with end-to-end contract management in the mid-stream oil and gas industry ie. Analyze deal confirmation terms for consistency with approved language. Work with Legal to draft language as needed to address unique arrangements. Prepare documents and route executables for signature. Analyze, review and redline complex, non-standard agreements, amendments, and asset management arrangements. Draft amendments and non-standard language for contracts. Maintain communication with external counterparties throughout the contract preparation process and distribute executables. Contracts for Commodity Storage/Capacity Release Contract processing for new service requests and amendments to existing requests. Handle requests for new contracts Responsible for addendums on contracts Will work/coordinate with other departments ie. Credit/Legal/etc Responsible for transactional reporting Rates Documentation Knowledge of Pipeline business will be required. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong organizational and time management skills. Must be detail oriented. Must be flexible. Capacity to multi-task and manage competing priorities. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Looking for some who is enthusiastic.
