Focus on the Azure piece as well Summary Seeking an Analytics Engineer to contribute to the integration of Access Technologies Analytics into an approved solution architecture. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing Analytical Solutions in alignment with Global Data Standards. This Engineer will use Microsoft Fabric & Tabular Editor to model data, develop measures, and deliver both self-service models & reports. In addition, the Analytics Engineer will collaborate with ERP Functional Teams to deliver optimized end-to-end data solutions. Responsibilities Develop relationships with Access Technologies business partners to identify analytics needs and requirements. Collaborate with the Global Data & Analytics Team to share knowledge and learn best practices in the Analytics Development Lifecycle. Contribute to go-forward Analytics Architecture for business unit reporting by building, maintaining, and managing metric creation and distribution in support of cross-functional projects. Coordinate with data architecture and data integration teams to create optimized integration that supports Analytical Solutions. Translate business needs into analytical solutions with an iterative approach. Provide key analytics support and ad-hoc analysis training for business users. Required Experience Strong communication skills, including the ability to articulate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders at all levels of the organization. 2+ years of data analytics, business intelligence, or report development experience (SSRS, etc). Data visualization experience Experience working with databases and writing SQL. Experience creating analytical measures using DAX or similar framework. Experience with dashboarding technologies such as Power BI or Tableau. Knowledge of data modeling techniques. Preferred Experience (nice-to-have) Knowledge of statistical programming languages such as R or Python Experience with Azure Synapse Experience with agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, etc. Data storytelling abilities - knows how to present a cohesive data story that solves a business problem. Experience developing BI Data Warehouses, delivering BI infrastructure, and building best practices.
