You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, analyze requirements, and leverage your technical expertise to deliver high-quality solutions on the ServiceNow platform. Responsibilities: 1. ServiceNow Development: Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions based on business requirements. Customize and configure ServiceNow modules, workflows, forms, and integrations. 2. Requirements Analysis: Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for ServiceNow enhancements. Translate business requirements into technical specifications. 3. Integration and Automation: Integrate ServiceNow with other business systems and applications. Develop and implement automation scripts and workflows to optimize business processes. 4. Maintenance and Support: Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing ServiceNow instances. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow functionality. 5. Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation for ServiceNow configurations, customizations, and integrations. Keep documentation up-to-date with changes and enhancements. 6. Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT operations, security, and business analysts. Participate in design and code reviews to ensure best practices and quality standards. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer with a focus on development and configuration. Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform features, including modules, workflows, and scripting. Experience with ServiceNow integration using REST, SOAP, and other web services. Familiarity with ITIL processes and best practices. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Preferred Qualifications: ServiceNow Developer Certification. Experience with ServiceNow Performance Analytics and Reporting. Knowledge of ServiceNow scripting languages such as JavaScript. Previous experience in [industry/sector] is a plus.
