Technical Tasks include BI Publisher Reports/Integrations, Approval Workflows, Fast Formulas and HCM Extracts3. Prepare and deliver technical workshops and engaging with business Stakeholders in requirements gathering and business mapping.4. Carry out unit testing on code and develop test plans to verify logic of new or modified code.5. Create appropriate documentation such as requirements, detailed analysis, technical documentation or user guides.6. Process improvement, best practice to be followed for continuous refinement of the application.7. Mentoring and grooming other team members as required. Competencies: Digital : SaaS HCM-Oracle Global Human Resources Cloud, Digital : SaaS HCM-Oracle Talent Management Cloud, Oracle Fusion Distributed Order Orchestration Experience (Years): 10 & Above Essential Skills: 1. Oracle HCM Cloud Implementation Experience in any of this Application Core HR, Payroll, Absence, Advance Compensation. & Talent or Time & Labor.2. Must have soundtrack record of delivering Oracle Fusion HCM Solutions, including extensive experience in business process analysis, requirement definition and solution design.3. Should have experience in of Data Migration/Conversion, Integration, and reporting.4. Extensive Knowledge on underlying database structure for ERP/HCM Oracle Cloud (Fusion) or EBS5. Excellent Oracle technical skills with the ability to build complex Oracle components using PL/SQL and SQL6. Expertise in relevant tools/technologies is a must.7. Should be able to write Fast Formulas.8. Should have good communication and presentation skills.9. Must have good understanding of AIM/OUM processes/phases and documentation. Desirable Skills: 1.
