Meet with teams to understand the current process (process map), perceived efficiency, gaps, and costs of existing business processes. Assist/ guide the teams to document the SOPs and follow the change management process. Analyzes business requirements, processes and objectives; develop necessary training and communication strategies to satisfy business process owners needs Using a project planning process in order to plan, collaborate, educate, implement, and conduct reviews of process improvements across the organization and internal teams. Design, Audit, support and help maintain adherence to IT Processes May lead operational improvement projects, determining objectives and deliverables and ensuring achievement. Always be thinking about Change Management while driving projects and enhancements to how we operate. Integrates innovative approaches and continuous improvement ideas into all aspects of project deliverables Drive the team to meet results. Ensure consistency in change strategy/approaches across the portfolio. Aggregate, organize, and communicate project information with internal customers and extended teams.
