ServiceNow Development: Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions based on business requirements. Customize and configure ServiceNow modules, workflows, forms, and integrations. 2.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer with a focus on development and configuration. Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform features, including modules, workflows, and scripting. Experience with ServiceNow integration using REST, SOAP, and other web services. Familiarity with ITIL processes and best practices. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Strong communication and collaboration skills. 3. Requirements Analysis: Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for ServiceNow enhancements.
