Kindly go through the below job description and share me your consultants updated profile: Job Description ROLE :: Project Manager, EXPERIENCE :: 10 + years, experience in EDUCATIONAL field (CUNY is highly appreciated) or STATE agencies LOCATION :: New York (remote) VISA :: USC/GC *Microsoft365 E-mail Transition Consultant/ Project Manager, *experience in EDUCATIONAL field (CUNY is highly appreciated) or STATE agencies Project Description Lead the transition of all remaining colleges (8) in their on-premise Microsoft Exchange to M365 and 1 college migrating from google for staff faculty email and the migration of all student email for 26 colleges. This requires an in depth understanding of working with multiple domain requiring delegated administrative access, complex identity management rules for licensing, Multifactor Authentication in Teams (MFA) and advanced analytical skills. Day to day tasks to be performed by the Consultant: Responsible for ensuring that the project stays on track by performing the following: Leads knowledge transfer to all colleges through the provision of project templates and engaging appropriate CIS Subject Matter Experts. (SME) in Teams, Identity Management and Cybersecurity. Ensures CIS SMEs complete assigned tasks. Participation in daily scrum calls with our M365 engineers. Conducts and assists the colleges with business analysis as required. Work with Quest on license assignment per college. Manages issues/risks and escalates as needed. Identifies and implements presentation materials including milestone charts, dashboards and project team reports for senior management. Communicating with project stakeholders including sponsors, steering committees, user community and team members. Manages project-related testing and training activity in the sandbox. Managing updates to the project using Service Now. Software is typically used by the Agency: MS Platform including Outlook, Teams, One Drive, Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Word, Service Now and Tumbleweed. hardware is typically used : PC based desktop or laptop. Consultant shall provide own equipment if working remote. Dual monitors are recommended. Position Mandatory Qualifications Requested Qualifications Completion of at least one M365 Email project across a minimum of 7 domains with complex Oracle identity management rules using OIG, fed by PeopleSoft, used for licensing, MFA, and utilizing Core view for delegated administrative access Completion of at least one project leading knowledge transfer/training of key stakeholders on processes and email policies. This includes, but is not limited to the transition of user, shared and resource mailboxes as well as distribution lists, assignment of proxies and licensing using a CUNY CSV Tumbleweed process. Completion of at least one project using advanced analytical skills to perform queries across multiple data sources using Excel Power Query. Ten (10) years experience working on complex IT projects as a Project or Program Manager. Completion of at least one project with at least 30 stakeholders. Completion of at least one project using third party tools, such as Quest, to migrate data in both on[1]premise to tenant and tenant to tenant scenarios on at least one project.
