| From: Ben, Heliogic LLC [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Position: AWS IOT Architect Location: Needham MA Day 1 On-site (Hybrid) Long Term COntract Job Description Work with the customer to understand the current escrow workflow for and AWS IOT platform Review the access needed and build a sandbox to validate escrow code Work with customer team to validate current platform architecture and the gaps in it Work with customer leadership to review the future platform architecture Review/Update Cloud platform road map Review/Update Migration plan to the new platform Build a Business Continuity Strategy: Analyze the current process and tooling that are in place for the platform for business continuity. Understand and validate the current AWS platform Disaster Review Strategy and the process that will be followed in any given situation. Build a SRE strategy: Build Road map for resilience to scale using Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) principles by creating strategy, framework, and instrumentation for SRE enabled organization Role Work with dev team on the design and technical requirement for scalability of AWS IOT platform. Recommend the appropriate technology approach, team structures, skill sets. Guide configuration, debugging, and support for infrastructure and identity services. Contribute to the development of standards, policies, and procedures. Work with the technical team in preparing DR strategy for the platform. Deliver architectural initiatives that drive and improve efficiency in line with business strategy. Guide and manage the support strategic for the platform. Manage business expectations of service availability and negotiate solutions to complex problems with both the business and third-party partners. Integration and cohesion of developed or reviewed architecture solutions across all architectural layers. Collaborate with product/program and project teams to understand needs. Create/update architecture, network diagrams and any other relevant documentation. Conduct peer reviews to solicit feedback on materials created. Identifying the programming language, and framework, for creating a solution. Identifying the risks associated with third-party platforms. Ensuring that infrastructure and architecture are properly maintained. Monitoring systems so that the business can meet its goals. Core Skills AWS Cloud Computing: A thorough understanding of AWS Cloud Computing is essential for an AWS IoT Core professional. This includes knowledge of AWS services such as Amazon S3, Amazon EC2, and Amazon RDS Programming Languages: Should have experience in programming languages such as Python, Java, and C++, Raspberry Pi OS.
