The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with EC Global Info, payroll mashups, and data imports, ensuring the seamless integration of these components to enhance employee self-service capabilities. Key Responsibilities: Self-Service Configuration: -Configure and customize SAP self-service functionalities based on business requirements. -Implement and optimize Employee Central (EC) Global Info settings to support self-service processes. -Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement self-service solutions in alignment with business objectives. Payroll Mashups: -Utilize expertise in payroll mashups to integrate payroll-related data into the self-service modules. -Work closely with payroll teams to ensure accurate and timely data synchronization between payroll systems and self-service applications. -Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to payroll mashups, ensuring data integrity and compliance. Data Imports: -Design and implement data import processes to facilitate the seamless transfer of information between SAP modules and external sources. -Develop and maintain data import maps, ensuring accurate mapping and transformation of data during the import process. -Monitor and troubleshoot data import issues, collaborating with relevant teams for resolution. System Integration: -Collaborate with other SAP modules and external systems to ensure cohesive integration with self-service configurations. -Conduct regular system testing and validation to identify and address integration issues promptly. -Stay updated on the latest SAP advancements and incorporate relevant features into the self-service configuration. Qualifications: -Proven experience as an SAP Self-Service Configuration Analyst. -In-depth knowledge of Employee Central (EC) Global Info, payroll mashups, and data import processes. -Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. -Excellent communication and collaboration skills. -Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
