Title: SAP Lead ABAP Experience: 15+ Needed Location: Remote  NO OPT CPT H1B Duration: 12 Months Job Requirements: Education:      Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Experience:      15+ Years of hands-on experience in SAP ABAP development.      Experience in SAP S/4HANA is a plus. Technical Skills:      Proficient in ABAP Workbench, ABAP Dictionary, and ABAP Editor.      Strong understanding of SAP modules and business processes.      Knowledge of SAP Fiori, SAPUI5, or other SAP front-end technologies is desirable.      Communication Skills:      Excellent communication skills to collaborate with functional teams and stakeholders.      Problem-Solving:      Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.      Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.      Team Collaboration:      Ability to work effectively in a team environment and contribute to project success.      Willingness to share knowledge and mentor junior developers.
