Key Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical designs and solutions within ServiceNow.

2. Develop, test, and deploy customizations, enhancements, and integrations on the ServiceNow platform, using best practices and following industry standards.

3. Actively participate in all phases of the software development life cycle (SDLC), including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment.

4. Configure ServiceNow modules, forms, workflows, and reports to meet business needs and improve process efficiency.

5. Collaborate with other developers to implement integrations with external systems, LDAP, and other APIs.

6. Conduct regular code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.

7. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ServiceNow platform and customizations.

8. Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers and serve as a subject matter expert in the areas of ServiceNow development.

9. Stay up to date with the latest ServiceNow releases, features, and industry best practices, and provide recommendations for platform improvements and upgrades.

10. Foster a collaborative and positive work environment, promoting knowledge sharing and continuous learning within the team.

Qualifications:

1. Minimum of 8 years of experience in ServiceNow development, with a focus on advanced customization and configuration.

2. Strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules such as Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Service Catalog, and CMDB.

3. Extensive experience with ServiceNow development technologies including JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Jelly, Glide, and AngularJS.

4. Experience with ServiceNow APIs, Web Services, and integrations with third-party systems.

5. In-depth understanding of ServiceNow best practices and demonstrated experience in implementing complex solutions using ServiceNow platform capabilities.

6. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to identify and resolve technical issues effectively.

7. Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.

8. ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified System Administrator, Certified Application Developer) are highly desirable.

9. Experience with Agile development methodologies is a plus.

10. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
