Good interpersonal and presentation skills for interacting with team members and clients. Good analytical and problem-solving skills Good communication skills Must have strong problem-solving skills. Working with client, understand the business trend, conduct proof or concepts as suitable and develop software solutions. Communication with client and other stake holders with appropriate data points and at the right time. Process improvement, best practice to be followed for continuous refinement of the application. Mentoring and grooming other team members as required. Technical/Functional Skills We specifically would be looking for experience with installing MetricStream GRC software on the MetricStream 6.x and 7.x platform in a virtual/cloud-based environment using Oracle DB. Self-starter type resource that could quickly jump in and hit the ground running. In addition to software installation and configuration, we would want a resource that has experience with defect analysis and troubleshooting of the MetricStream software.
