Overall 12+ years exp and with some experience in customer analytics with Adobe or similar product on web , mobile and other channels Knowledge of AEP Custom Data Platform (CDP) its schema (XDM), Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) and Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) to drive customer experience Ability to understand the overall technical enterprise architecture of marketing, sales, customer insights and customer experience and defining reference architecture, which is a pattern that other can follow to create and improve data systems Must have overall knowledge of capturing customer data from different data sources to aggregate and generate customer insights with analytics products or otherwise Should be able understand new technology products/channels and recommend how they fit into existing architecture for customer insight and customer experience Should be able to coordinate with a variety of technology and business teams to design and drive customer insight and customer experience Any experience of data cleansing, structuring and modelling to build data models is a plus Any experience of Data lake based ETL solutions is a plus Any API based integration experience in JAVA or any other language is a plus JavaScript/Jquery knowledge is a plus (1.) Co-ordination with On-Site Engineers and attending customer calls (2.) Raising risks, issues and escalation to senior management and customer (3.) To create all quality documents, collect metrics data and conducting Audits. To perform Value creation and KM activities. (4.) To create project plans and keep track of schedule for on time delivery as per the defined quality standards (5.) To ensure process improvement and compliance, and participate in technical design discussion and to review technical documents
