Data Advisory Lead JD: (Onsite) Qualifications: Over 20+ years of experience in Data & BI technologies and program Should have led client workshops for Data programs Should have led atleast 3 consulting engagements for different Fortune 100 clients Should have led and executed complex programs on Data in both on-prem and cloud environments (Azure) Should have cross global location experience and led teams of 30+ members in a global delivery mode Should have handled program governance at CXO level and engaged with multiple stakeholders at VP+ level Should have in depth understanding or executed new concepts like Data Lakehouse and should have worked on data sources such as SAP and Salesforce Should have in depth understanding on Data Warehousing, Master Data Management (MDM), Data Quality, Data Lineage, Data Modeling, Data Profiling and Data Policy and handled Data Governance programs Should have executed atleast 2 Cloud based programs including Cloud Data Warehouses like Snowflake and Databricks on Azure Should have knowledge on different ETL & BI tools Should have excellent communication and leadership skills Should have led opportunity discussions, estimated and submitted proposals to client Should have experience in gathering business requirements by collaborating with business users, stakeholders and SMEs Should have experience in working with product managers, project managers, business users, applications development team members, DBA teams and Data Governance team on a daily basis to analyze requirements, design, development and deployment technical solutions Responsibilities: Lead the engagement to formulate the Data Strategy for client Lead a team of InfoVision and client team members Engage with client CXOs and VP+ to understand the business priorities and goals required to finalize the future state strategy & roadmap Participate in JAD, workshops and/or business requirements sessions to understand, capture and detail program requirements Interview LOB stakeholders to discover business problems from client, prioritize these problems, do gap analysis, translate into defined business outcomes and tie to data sources needed to solve these problems Work with LOB stakeholders to map business problems to use cases and identify reports, KPI and ML Models needed to track & measure these problems Work with LOB stakeholders to evaluate these business problems and work with them to define ROI for each of these business problems Setup governance for this program and engage with client leadership to tie stakeholder feedback into the workshops Perform discovery with tech and business stakeholders to understand and align on source/app complexity, criticality, prioritization, risks, dependencies, integration points and consumption patterns Collaborate with client leadership and LOB stakeholders to formulate a future state roadmap (with near/mid/long term) broken down into waves aligned to solving these business problems starting with the biggest ROI Define roadmap with phase wise timeline, estimate the scope, present the proposal to client leadership and structure team for execution Participate in onshore/nearshore/offshore calls as required to support the strategy and roadmap Keywords: machine learning business intelligence |
