Hi, Please find job description below; VISAS-NO-H1B RATE- $38/ hr on C2C (No Flex) Need LINKED-IN TITLE- Jr. IAM Security Analyst LOCATION- Candidate MUST be a WI resident or willing to relocate to WI prior to starting the role at their own expense. This position is Hybrid: 3-4 days a week remote depending on the business needs and 1 or 2 days onsite in Madison, WI. Position Summary Under the direction of the BITS Manager overseeing the AIMS team, this position will function as an On and Off-Boarding Access and Identity Management Administrator Specialist for the DHS Access and Identity Management Services (AIMS) team. The AIMS team is positioned within the Technical Operations and Security (TOS) Section in the Bureau of Information Technology Services (BITS). The team is responsible for provisioning and de-provisioning account and data permissions for Agency Customers and Partners needing access to various technology environments and associated data. This position will focus on improving and streamlining the On-boarding (creating) and Off-boarding (deleting and archiving) account processes. As a result, this position will work with team members, project staff, and other stakeholders to improve and integrate AIMS processes. This position will also assist in the development and updating documentation. Technologies include, but are not limited to, Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, Dynamics 365, ticket tracking systems such as Cherwell, and use of general office tools such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. This position requires strong customer service skills; communication and prioritization skills; ability to work with minimal supervision; switch between multiple tasks as needed; ability to work as a team and as an individual; and the ability to generate documentation; Goals and Worker Activities 50% Develop expertise, knowledge, and skills related to DHS On and Off-Boarding processes and procedures in order to improve and streamline them A. Work with project teams to identify current and future state processes B. Work with AIMS team members to improve and document On and Off-Boarding processes and procedures C. Assist in developing reports indicating On and Off-Boarding Key Performance Indicators D. Document process and procedure enhancements 20% Develop knowledge and expertise reporting and auditing accounts and permissions A. Assist in the identification of all account domains B. Assist in the development of reporting and auditing strategies C. Respond to information requests regarding current state reporting/auditing capabilities 20% Review and process DHS system access requests A. Ensure requests are submitted by Authorized Submitters or authorized DHS workforce members B. Process account creation requests following Unit documentation. C. Process requests in a timely manner D. Troubleshoot system access issues E. Follow up with DHS Authorized Submitters and workforce members in a timely manner. 10% Develop and exchange information beneficial to the Department A. Attend and participate in staff meetings B. Attend and participate in customer meetings C. Attend and participate in inter-Departmental meetings as needed D. Attend and participate in training sessions as needed E. Complete required training in a timely manner.
