| FULL Time position Broadridge Locations: Newyork ,New jersey (Only Locals or East coast profiles ) Salary $130k Need Banking Domain Role :1 Technical Product Manager Responsibilities: Establish and maintain a regular cadence of communication and updates with the customer, ensuring alignment with their needs and expectations. Align technical objectives, processes, and methodologies with the Product Engineering practice, implementing best practices, workbooks, success recipes, and innovations. Provide comprehensive technical guidance to the entire delivery team, acting as a bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders. Compile and synthesize outputs from the Product Engineering (architecture, design, app and platform development), Quality Engineering (QE), and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practice teams to ensure cohesive and effective technical strategies and consistent alignment of Altimetrik offerings. Oversee and integrate cross-functional outputs, ensuring that different components of the project are aligned and contribute effectively towards common goals. Collaborate closely with dedicated Product Managers for each project track, ensuring technical strategies and product visions are in harmony. Additional Activities: o Facilitate technical workshops and brainstorming sessions and create solution architecture briefings. o Monitor and report on key technical metrics and project progress to stakeholders. o Identify and mitigate technical risks throughout the project lifecycle. Role :2 Product Manager Responsibilities: Define clear and detailed product requirements and user stories, ensuring they align with customer needs and business objectives. Provide domain-specific subject matter expertise, offering insights and guidance to the team on industry trends and customer expectations. Compile, validate, and publish comprehensive product definition documents, ensuring clarity and alignment across teams. Actively participate in backlog creation and prioritization, ensuring the roadmap reflects both strategic goals and customer value. Liaise with technical and design teams to ensure product features are feasible and align with user experience goals. Additional Activities: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product strategy.
