Job title: Infra dev specialist Location: Parsippany-Troy hills, NJ Duration: Contract Job summary: Seeking an experienced INFRA DEV SPECIALIST with 6-9 years of experience in VDI-Citrix VAD. Knowledge in Research and Development domain is a plus. Required Skills: Citrix VDI /XenApp Engineering Azure VDI Support Netscaler, ivanti. Roles & Responsibilities: Qualifications 5-8 years of relevant experience in Citrix, Netscaler and VDI technology suite Provide moderate technical support for all aspects of physical/virtual infrastructure and critical systems at the facility level. Maintain assigned systems by continually reviewing assigned infrastructure to make recommendations and assist in hardware replacement and upgrades. Assist or Lead troubleshooting all end user problems related to assigned Infrastructure platforms. Provide technical support, configuration, and administration of Citrix environment. Develops processes, procedures, and technical documentation for management of Citrix environment System and application health monitoring and reporting. Consulting with application owners to install and tune their applications. Provide technical support, configuration, and administration of Citrix Windows Servers as required. Assist with architectural design to improve reliability, performance, and efficiencies. Respond to situations where standard procedures have failed in isolating or fixing problem. Provide support for a 24 x 7 operation, rotating on-call when required. Establish strong working relationships with key staff members in departments.
