The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in SAP Finance modules, possessing a deep understanding of financial business processes and a proven track record in architecting and implementing SAP Finance solutions. The role requires excellent communication skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions aligned with business objectives. Responsibilities: Lead the design, development, and implementation of SAP Finance solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals and industry best practices. Provide expert guidance and technical leadership in the SAP Finance domain, serving as the primary point of contact for all related architectural decisions and solutions. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and translate them into SAP Finance system configurations and functionalities. Architect end-to-end solutions that integrate SAP Finance modules with other enterprise systems, ensuring seamless data flow and optimal performance. Conduct system assessments, identify areas for improvement, and recommend enhancements or new functionalities to optimize SAP Finance processes. Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, configuration guides, and process flows. Lead and mentor junior team members, providing technical guidance and fostering skill development within the SAP Finance domain. Stay updated with emerging SAP technologies, trends, and best practices to drive continuous improvement and innovation. Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field. 10+ years of hands-on experience in SAP Finance modules (SAP FI/CO), with a strong understanding of finance-related business processes. Proven experience in architecting and implementing SAP Finance solutions in complex enterprise environments. In-depth knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Finance, including configuration, customization, and integration aspects. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. SAP certifications in Finance modules are highly desirable. Prior experience in leading teams or managing projects related to SAP Finance is a plus.
