Should be able to manage security audit, compliance, and reporting activity. Significant prior experience in leveraging data virtualization, ETL, or data warehousing and reporting products to help decouple hard database data integration dependencies. Applied experience in UNIX and Windows operating system administration, security, performance tuning, software, strategies, and verification methodologies. Verbal and written communication skills necessary to effectively collaborate in a team environment, author technical and scientific reports and papers, and deliver scientific presentations. Ability to work outside normal business hours to provide support for production infrastructure patching, upgrades, testing, and the ability to work on-premises to support your job duties. In this role consultant will Leverage your expert level knowledge of Oracle HCM SaaS Data Loader (HDL) to load, update, and maintain HR data efficiently and accurately. Design, configure, and maintain complex data extraction solutions using Oracle HCM Extracts. Architect data integration strategies between Oracle Fusion HCM and other enterprise systems, using data virtualization tools to create a unified and coherent data landscape. Design & develop complex reports using tools like BI Publisher, Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI) etc., to build insightful and interactive analytical reports and dashboards. manage end-to-end data integration processes using HSDL (HCM Spreadsheet Loader). Leverage your expert level knowledge working with Oracle Integration Cloud Service (OIC), to develop, and implement integration solutions. Design, develop, and consume HCM REST and SOAP APIs to facilitate data synchronization, automation, and integration with various third-party systems.
