Projected End Date/Duration- 1+ Years from projected start date Location - Lansing, Michigan, 48933 Hours/Week- 40 On-site: Only currently local candidates (within a commutable distance) will be considered. Hiring manager is not interested in candidates who would need to relocate to accept role. Position will be hybrid, onsite 2 days a week. Interview Process: Virtual Interview via MS Teams video. Please use laptop and be prepared so share screen if asked. Use of headphones is strongly discouraged. A screenshot photo of candidate will be required for any Teams interviews as well as a vendor present at beginning of interview to validate candidate. The resource will act in ScrumMaster and BA roles for various in-flight projects including Software as a Service solutions, vendor supported systems, and custom web applications. This resource will serve as a liaison between DHHS business partners and development teams, gathering requirements from the business users, facilitating meetings, writing user stories, and developing test plans and cases. Top Skills & Years of Experience: Preference: 5+ years of experience gathering requirements from users: Identifying impacted business processes Assessing business needs Identifying IT solution integration. GAP analysis SWOT analysis 5+ years of experience designing technical and business requirement documentation including: Wireframes or screen mockups, Context diagrams Benefits realization Business process models Workflow diagrams Traceability matrix 5+ years of experience with Agile methodology / SCRUM processes and ceremonies including: Daily Scrum Sprint Planning Backlog Grooming Sprint Reviews Sprint Retrospective Top Skills & Years of Experience: 5+ years of experience acting as SCRUM Master for development team. 3+ years of experience working with Azure DevOps and utilizing its functionality. 5+ years of experience eliciting and decomposing requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria. 5+ years of experience writing test plans and use cases.
