This opportunity is for specialists with functional experience with SAP S/4 HANA, specifically in the OpenText VIM, BCC/ICC, Archive Center areas. This position will be assigned functional analyst responsibilities involving assisting the planning, design, support, and rollout of SAP S/4 HANA project initiatives primarily in the SAP VIM process areas in an SAP Fiori environment. RESPONSIBILITIES Experience with the ongoing maintenance and support of scanning and indexing with OpenText ICC/BCC (Invoice/Business Capture Center) using OCR Configuration and enhancement of OpenText VIM (Vendor Invoice Management) including customization Complex Invoice workflow approval design Process Type determination sequence for different document types Present and configure VIM workflow scenarios Custom coding and modification of OpenText VIM Standard VIM Reports Good understanding of SAP AP process and EDI is must for this role Basic understanding OpenText Archiving, ICC and VIM system installation The ability to train invoice in BCC and be familiar with the training methods to increase matching recognition (ART, SnapMatch, and training of a constant value) Analyze fit/gap for business processes, translating requirements into specs, writing business process documents, and maintaining the BPML Assist with providing impact/solution option assessments to offer workable, efficient technical/business solutions Work with other functional teams to ensure various components work together to meet the operational goals of the solution keeping in mind, the integration, quality, and performance of the deliverables Participate in project and design reviews and ensure that these meet Compass Group design principles and standards Assist in driving, prioritizing, and managing scope changes, along with defect management Assist with defining testing strategy within the OT/VIM area to ensure the functionality and accuracy and quality of the product Keywords: sfour sfour North Carolina http://bit.ly/4ey8w48 https://jobs.nvoids.com/job_details.jsp?id=933167&uid= |
