Leading the GIS/Esri Utility Network program proj ect . Leading project to migrate Cartegraph Asset Management to a Cloud environment. Leading other IT projects 6-10 years of experience working with PeopleSoft HCM or other equivalent systems. Possess a firm understanding of the Human Resource applications' interaction with the Core HR, North American Payroll, Leave Accruals, Benefits Administration, Time, Attendance, Shift bidding, scheduling, and tracking. 6-10 years of experience in business process modeling and requirement gathering. 3+ years of experience in working through complex issues and performing root cause analysis. Ability to work effectively in large group settings and obtain business requirements for new/and existing process and procedure changes. Ability to communicate clearly verbally and in written form to non-technical business users.
