Position: SAP IBP Inventory Optimization Analyst, No H1B Location: Remote Duration: 6+ Month MOI: Phone and Video Personality Traits that will make person successful in this position o Well organized o Good communicators o Working with the business directly and users understand business process, own and track fixes and changes (working with development offshore team) o Team player o Flexibility o Owning and ability to prioritize tasks o Being available and taking things from beginning of reporting, drive users to finish and delivery along with UAT Is this person going to developing new code or do you need someone who is more functional o If functional MM experience or supply chain experience WILL HELP A LOT o NO DEBUG or CODING These are a plus Are you currently on Prem or do you guys have a cloud environment (S4Hanna) o On Prem S4 but in cloud IBP but using some Hana solutions mixed bag full spectrum What project will they be working on o Exposure to everything SNOP, Multiple types of IBP and Optimizers o Very large project o Supporting PepsiCo Beverage (only) What are the top 3 things you are looking for in this position o Strong optimizer experience non delivery penalties. o Concise communication and articulation skills Required: 8+ years of experience with SAP IBP IO and overall Supply Chain Planning experience of more than 10 years IBP IO = Integrated Business Planning Inventory Optimization What is optimizer, how to use, how to troubleshoot (they use a statistical model) At least 1 full cycle implementation of IBP Inventory optimization (IO) IBP IO experience with configuration and support experience Experience in SAP IO configuration knowledge is needed. S4-IBP integration for Master Data and Transaction Data Sound knowledge IO Master Data in S4 Through understand of Inventory planning process is needed Ability to work off hours/weekends, if required (if work off hours or weekends will flex to not work that time during week) Past experience in supporting SAC/Webi reports and integration of non-SAP systems a plus Ability to work with offshore team to coordinate production support (job monitoring/Issue resolution) CI-DS trouble-shooting experience is desirable(web-socket experience is a plus) CI-DS = Cloud Platform Integration for Data Services Strong customer service capability, attitude to learn quickly and contribute their best Desired: Experience in end-to-end Forecast to schedule design and development including integration with other functional areas like MTD/OTC OTC = Order To Cash MTD = Manufacture to Deploy Excellent communication skills Experimentation, and self-study Integration experience with DRP/MPS, Replenishment Planning, Inventory Optimization, and PPDS is a plus DRP = Distribution Requirements Planning PPDS = Production Planning and Detailed Scheduling MPS = Master Production Scheduling Familiarity with ITSM tools and processes, desirable.
